The Setup

Our setup for this shoot was straightforward yet effective, centered around the ARRI Alexa 35 and the versatile Laowa OOOM 25-100mm zoom.
Notably, we faced the Alexa 35’s notoriously high power demands - truly a battery consuming beast! With no access to charging facilities for the entire shooting day, we swiftly improvised a dual battery rig by securing a second Bebob 150 Micro atop the primary B-Mount. This allowed us to independently power both the monitor and Teradek transmitter, ensuring continuous operation and peace of mind while shooting.

All driving shots were done safely from inside our Production van. That posed a bit of a challenge, because there were a few reflections between glass of the window and the lens. Plus, the car window was tinted, further impacting the image.
